Absolutely what they say they are. Did an "impossible deal" without my having to ask for it. They did it with no pressure. Simple and direct communication and even then it was minimal. They delivered the truck to my house and paperwork took 2 minutes. I have bought dozens of cars even when friends owned the dealership, it has never been this easy. Not even close. More
