On our last service they did not tip of any fluids, they didn’t reset the oil change indicator and they put the wrong depth of tread from the tires on the sheet. The service writer while nice was not profes didn’t reset the oil change indicator and they put the wrong depth of tread from the tires on the sheet. The service writer while nice was not professional and used foul language repeatedly and when we complained about how bad the previous was on the vehicle was instead of apologizing or trying to help fix it he put the guys in the back down saying they didn’t know how to clean or wash anything right. The service before this you wouldn’t have known they washed it other than the fact it was wet. We were told washing and topping fluids was part of the Pearson promise but it’s feeling like that was just to get us to buy the car. More
