Once again Greenway Kia did not disappoint. I brought my other kia in for service and Ashley .y service advisor was great in every way. I have been to other kia dealerships and by far Greenway I brought my other kia in for service and Ashley .y service advisor was great in every way. Our car was at the shop for about 3 weeks until we finally talked to the manager who was able to get our car back to us within a few hours. The person handling our car did not answer text messages or finally talked to the manager who was able to get our car back to us within a few hours. The person handling our car did not answer text messages or phone calls, and hung up on us once. It took for an appraiser to come to the shop after the car being there for over a week to learn that the car just needed oil. Communication was terrible and customer service was awful. The manager was amazing and helped us but ultimately, that is not her job but the customer service representatives jobs to handle our car and communication around it. More

This is my first Kia and my first visit to Greenway was just a great experience. I had a warranty item to repair and the service team was just so helpful and pleasant, they not only repaired the issue but just a great experience. I had a warranty item to repair and the service team was just so helpful and pleasant, they not only repaired the issue but helped me understand some features of my Telluride that I wasn't sure how to use. The waiting room was comfortable and all employees that came through said hello and greeted me, 10 out of 10 experience:) More
