I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sorento from Kia Riverside, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and upset with the entire experience. Not only was the customer service very Riverside, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and upset with the entire experience. Not only was the customer service very poor, but the behavior of the General Manager was shockingly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The General Manager, a man of medium height, approximately 50 to 55 years old, with salt-and-pepper facial hair, treated us with unacceptable rudeness and hostility. He showed no respect or professionalism and spoke to us in a harsh and impolite manner, making us feel deeply insulted and humiliated. As customers who came with full trust in the Kia brand, we were met with dishonesty, misleading promises, and inaccurate information. The entire sales process was non-transparent and manipulative, completely destroying our confidence in this dealership. To make matters even worse, when we received our vehicle, it was extremely dirty and had clearly not been washed or prepared for delivery. Some interior features, including the wireless charger and interior lighting, were not functioning properly — a clear sign of negligence and poor quality control by the dealership. Finally, during the down payment process, the same manager behaved so unprofessionally and rudely that we deeply regretted coming to this location to purchase a car. Such behavior toward paying customers is absolutely unacceptable and a disgrace to the Kia brand. I sincerely hope Kia Corporate takes this complaint seriously, as no customer should ever have to experience such disrespect, dishonesty, and negligence at any Kia dealership. More

Overall the car buying experience was OK. The wait for my new car was too long and the dealership appeared understaffed. Jocelyn was great at reaching out to me and really helping me make a decision about which car I wanted between a Kia and a Ford. Her kindness, not being pushy, and genuine care swayed my decision. Although she was not in when I did purchase my vehicle, she called a colleague, Aaron, and he helped me find the car I wanted. Evelyn sent me photos of one of the vehicles and I was not sure on the color, but as she said, the picture did not do it justice and as soon as I saw it on the lot, I knew it was the one. Aaron was so friendly and made the car buying experience pleasurable, as did Jocelyn as she chose the right person to take care of me. It’s not easy making a sale of that magnitude a pleasurable experience, but both Jocelyn and Aaron did just that. I was very happy when I walked away with a new car. More
