He answered all our questions re the complicated technology of our 2026 Tuscon XRT, and when our preferred color wasn't available at the dealership, arranged for a loaner until he personally delivered the correct model to our home in Crossville 2 days later. He thoroughly covered the tech in layman's terms and quickly researched any inquiries on our specific deal when necessary. The atmosphere at the dealership was pleasant and positive and Glenn professionally represented Hyundai of Cookville in a way that we appreciated.
