This has been my worst experience ever since buying cars. I purchased my last 3 vehicles from Matt Bower in Metairie. It has been down hill since I walked in the door. I called before going and was told they had new inventory on Traverse 2025. That was a lie. Only had 1 RED. I should of left right then. But they insist I take it for a spin and they could get me another color.. I could go on and on but my biggest issue is customer service. They all act like the old time salesman. They wo t return my calls. The finance officer doesn't work there anymore and I am trying to get my $1,000 GAP money back since I paid my loan off and went with another way lower interest. . Another lie BOA. They must have stock with them to push that financing. Stay away. More
