Joe Falzone

I grew up a huge Chicago Sports fan and car enthusiast. I have always loved cars and all the intricacies of them. I ended up attending Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix AZ in 2003-2005 and received an associates in automotive technology. I then moved back home and looked around for apprentice work but found nothing. At that time there was a service manager at a Toyota dealership up north that he asked me "have you ever thought about sales?" And the rest is history, I've been on the front of the house now for 19yrs and I couldn't imagine doing anything else!!
