Update: a year later with my car and i’ve gotten a flat tire, current 7:51am, called the service team & after waited 12mins for someone to pickup the phone I was rudely told that they could not do anything tire, current 7:51am, called the service team & after waited 12mins for someone to pickup the phone I was rudely told that they could not do anything & that I would have to wait until 9am for the sales team to come in…. Now what the xxxx does the sales team have to do with my flat tire? My biggest mistake would be purchasing this vehicle.. it was a used toyota 2019… should’ve known better & purchased from toyota right down the street.. save your money, the customer service here is trash. Shoutout to the service guy who answered and took a huge sigh on the phone when he initially picked up… i understand people have bad days but we need to know when & where to express that energy. Note: Dont sign up for extended warranty… especially if you have to be somewhere at 9am & the SALES TEAM does not arrive until 9am… imagine needing a service but the sales team needs to be present for it… xxx is this. Lucky i cant leave 0 stars. More

Please be warned.... buy or service your car somewhere else. if you use the service department you will be sorry. The service department manager joe Johnson and Mike were very dishonest when my car ende else. if you use the service department you will be sorry. The service department manager joe Johnson and Mike were very dishonest when my car ended up on the side of the road soon after leaving the shop after service. If you are smart you may want you o go to another this shop. Mike is very unprofessional trying to be cool saying “my man” and “ my brother” but not talking like that to all . More
