Joe was very helpful. This was my first time getting service on my Outback. Joe was very patient and explained what service I was getting as well as explaining the places This was my first time getting service on my Outback. Joe was very patient and explained what service I was getting as well as explaining the places to wait. He also explained he would message me when the car was ready. When the car was ready, I received a receipt showing what was done. He had also messaged me prior to let me know that after an inspection of my car everything else appeared to be fine. When all was done he helped me find my car as this is a dealership and there were quite a few vehicles awaiting service or sales. More

I used to trust this dealership. But in the last year my experiences with the service department have been less than exceptional. The customer service rep on the phone was rude to me But in the last year my experiences with the service department have been less than exceptional. The customer service rep on the phone was rude to me when I called back to say my car would barely start after just spending $550 for a battery, oil change (… didn’t change my little sticker), and cabin air filter. Not to mention, although they did give me a loaner there was no follow up at the end of the day to tell me that they were going to have to keep my car overnight and look at it in the morning. Turns out the reason my car was having trouble starting was the that Starter was about to go. It should have been pretty obvious that the issue wasn’t resolved by replacing the battery, as it literally didn’t want to start after I left there and ran into the grocery store. They had to have had to turn it on at least 3 times while having it, and it had trouble for me beforehand literally every time you tried to start it. Not sure if it was neglect or incompetence that i experienced but i was really disappointed. More

Great experience working with the team in service. My car was taken on time and service was quick. I appreciated updates via text message.
