My wife coordinated ahead of time to drop her vehicle off at the service department early in the morning this past Tuesday, approximately at 7:30 AM. This would’ve meant her missing another day without access to her vehicle. We picked up her car shortly there after. My wife is now deciding whether to bring it back to your dealership or to take it to another establishment. More

I was excited to purchase a 2024 F350 Truck as the start of a new era with my company to replace the Dodge Ram branded trucks. Unfortunately, upon receiving the truck we began to have issues with our traile of a new era with my company to replace the Dodge Ram branded trucks. Unfortunately, upon receiving the truck we began to have issues with our trailer lights not functioning properly. Then we began having issues with the backup camera not functioning properly. The other issue was the right rear "Ford" Cap popped off and was lost on the highway at some point in time. All items have been taken care of at this time. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of time it took to make the repairs, but thankful that the issues seem to be resolved. More
