Had an appointment made a week ahead of time. Dropped off truck at 7:45 am. Technicians did not even look at truck until almost 4:00pm and only after I had sent Jose several messages. When they did finally give me a diagnosis, they quoted a ridiculous price for back brakes and rotors at $1,100.00. I declined. Was quoted about half this price by another Ford dealership the next day. More

I dropped my car off on Monday and they texted on Thursday and said the parts had come in. Joe texted that Austin would answer any questions I have. The text said parts were in on Thursday and would Thursday and said the parts had come in. Joe texted that Austin would answer any questions I have. The text said parts were in on Thursday and would be worked on Friday. I called Friday and asked to speak to Austin and he was with a customer so I left a message. No one called me back. No answers to my text. I came on Saturday thinking that it was probably ready and the website said your service department was open. There was someone there taking in cars and the garage doors were open and there were lots of cars in the service area and people but the person at the counter said there was no one there that knew anything about my car on saturday. He said the parts were in but he didn't know anything else. First thing Monday morning I get a text saying the car is ready. The text just said "is ready". That means it was probably ready on Friday afternoon or maybe Saturday but no one was there to let me get it. If it wasn't actually ready until Monday that's fine but I'm thinking it was probably ready Friday afternoon but nobody called me. If it was being worked on Saturday and completed Saturday I should have been able to pick it up then. The work seems to have been done correctly but there was a long narrow scuff mark on the rear driver side quarter panel. It did wipe off with some pressure but it wasn't there when I brought it in. Other than that the work seems to have been done correctly. I would probably use Mountain view Ford service again. More

Everyone I contact with were extremely nice. I expected to get my vehicle back sooner than I did BUT when they gave it back to me they also gave me a shiny beautiful car wash !
