Great Sales guy among crooks My Salesman, Glen Miller, was AWESOME. As a previous WRX owner, I'm a car enthusiast and Glen knew exactly how to handle my new car. Called me as so My Salesman, Glen Miller, was AWESOME. As a previous WRX owner, I'm a car enthusiast and Glen knew exactly how to handle my new car. Called me as soon as the car arrived, put it away in the back so that no one would touch it, except when it had to be detailed. He made sure the front bumper was not drilled for the license plate. Experience with Glen was great! My issue is with the people in the back - Finance guy (Mike Warnock). This guy has to be one of the most dishonest people at this dealership. The guy can't be trusted, never responds to emails or phone calls unless he's hounded. He was not clear or concise when explaining the warranty during the purchase. The guy just threw numbers at me like he did with the other negative reviews posted earlier. The experience would have been better if he gave reasons as to why he was offering a service/warranty instead of just skimming through it all as fast as possible. For example, WINDOW ETCHING should not be done without the approval of the customer. I had to read through all the paper work when I got home without all the pressure. Once I was able to understand all the services/warranty I purchased, I requested to cancel a portion of the warranty (Etching/Tire Care) the following day. Conveniently enough, credit was applied at a prorated amount 2 months after the effective cancellation date, instead of the full amount from the date originally requested. I'm feeling very uneasy about going back to get service done to my car if this is the kind of treatment and experience I've had so far with this dealership. More

What a Nice Surprise! In the past, buying a car has been a painful experience for me. But not today! I purchased a new Subaru Forrester from World Subaru and salesman Girsh In the past, buying a car has been a painful experience for me. But not today! I purchased a new Subaru Forrester from World Subaru and salesman Girsh Berman. Girsh listened to all my requirements and together we found the perfect car for me. Both Girsh and his Sales Manager took their time to explain all the details - both financial and technical. The environment at World Subaru is warm, friendly and low key. Yet everyone there seems totally knowledgeable and qualified to help their clients. Subaru vehicles don't need a lot of selling - their reputation and ratings speak volumes. But it is so nice to be surrounded by folks that like what they do and are proud of their product. More

I was in last weekend and My experience was great! Me and my wife recently moved here, with one vehicle, so it was about time for another vehicle. She was stuck on subaru. I was stuck on Jeep. Turned out tha my wife recently moved here, with one vehicle, so it was about time for another vehicle. She was stuck on subaru. I was stuck on Jeep. Turned out that we were offered way more for our trade than expected, so we were able to buy a new jeep from across the street (same company) , and my wife found the perfect subaru outback for herself! Pat was great, knew what he was talking about! Confident and always smiling! Mike D'aiello and Joe got me the perfect deal so that we were both able to get the vehicles we really wanted!! For as long as i am a new jersey resident. World will be my Dealership!!!!! More

I went in looking for a great Subaru, and they Delivered!!! They have a great selection of cars which made choosing just one hard, but the sales team was great at helping me find exactly which one Delivered!!! I had "iffy" credit so I was a little worried about how I could get financed, but I guess it's true, where there is will, there is a way, They were persistent at getting me the financing I need at a low rate. They explained everything from soup to nuts and were so patient and nice through the entire process. Thanks to them I have a beautiful Subaru, and I got it at a great price. Thank You World Subaru, You Guys Are The Best!!! More

I have done business with this dealership many times in the past and have had only excellent experiences! Always respectful and appreciative of my business. Like a previous commenter, I also highly recommend you stay away from this dealership. To be blunt, they are dishonest. I purchased a car from them, and it was not until after the fact that I realized how stay away from this dealership. To be blunt, they are dishonest. I purchased a car from them, and it was not until after the fact that I realized how dishonest they were, and I feel entirely taken advantage of. They lied about their pricing, they lied about the contract, they lied about everything. Additionally, they shop your credit report all over the state and then end up sticking you with some shady bank with zero reputation. There are a lot of Subaru dealerships around, if you really want a Subaru, please go somewhere else. I've been buying cars for 30 years, and never have I experienced something like this. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else! More

Great experience, Joe and Girsh were great. This is my second subaru lease, my prior one ended after 3 years and they were great in taking the car back. I just signed a 42 month lease for a 2012 Legacy an second subaru lease, my prior one ended after 3 years and they were great in taking the car back. I just signed a 42 month lease for a 2012 Legacy and was very happy with the service. Joe helped answer all my questions and this is my Girsh checked up every day after my car was leased to make sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend World Jeep Subaru for your next car. More

Mike Superti's friendly, relaxed manner put us at ease immediately and made the whole car buying experience less stressful than we could have imagined. Joe Wajda was also a very friendly and down-to-earth immediately and made the whole car buying experience less stressful than we could have imagined. Joe Wajda was also a very friendly and down-to-earth kind of guy. Mike Lamazzo took the time to explain all of our warranty options in a very clear manner, but he didn't pressure us in any way. We walked in to World Subaru feeling a little down about ourselves and worried that our credit rating would hurt any chance of finding a reliable car, but we walked out feeling better than we had in a long time! Michael took the time to listen to our needs and concerns and matched us with a great car! We will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family! More

I recently purchased a vehicle from World Subaru and wanted to write and comment on the experience. As you know, I worked with Patrick Dougherty to find the appropriate replacement for our aging minivan wanted to write and comment on the experience. As you know, I worked with Patrick Dougherty to find the appropriate replacement for our aging minivan. We were looking for a do-all vehicle that would be serviceable for a number of years and appropriate for both me and my wife to drive. Patrick went out of his way to understand our needs and to make sure that they were met. We looked at several new Subaru Outbacks and Foresters, all worthy candidates, but were also interested in a 2008 BMW X3 that had come into the dealership as a lease return. This now involved Mike Lamazzo, your sales manager, who worked with Patrick to create offers on several new and used vehicles that would give us a range of purchase options. Although we had come in that Saturday morning just to look at cars, we were so impressed with the courtesy and interest that Patrick, Mike, and Joe Wjada showed in our automotive needs, that we were able to come to a purchase agreement that same day. Six weeks later, we couldn’t be happier with our choice and feel that World Subaru was not only interested in making the sale, but in building a long-term customer relationship. We look forward to this same courtesy and concern from World Subaru for many years to come. More
