New Forester, no stress, no hassle I purchased a Subaru Forester from Luther Acura Subaru and worked with salesman Joe Weill and manager Dylan Duffy. There was no stress or pressure fr I purchased a Subaru Forester from Luther Acura Subaru and worked with salesman Joe Weill and manager Dylan Duffy. There was no stress or pressure from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I had time to look about a bit before I was approached by the salesperson. They offered to answer any questions at just the right time. I didn't feel pressured by Joe to buy a car at all. Joe was very good about laying out my options, then listening to me explain what I want/needed. There was no attempt to oversell me an any options, accessories or optional service packages. It was clear that Joe was listening to me, he actually kept me on track and helped convince me I was making the right choice when I was tempted to spend more just to get an added feature. (I would have regretted choosing the more expensive model option within an hour of purchasing the car. ) The manager (Dylan) who worked with me on the finance aspect of the car was very helpful explaining my options for service packages and finance choices. He made it very clear how my final cost and monthly payment would look depending on what choices I made for physical car accessories and service packages. The dealership even set up a follow up appointment for me to come back and ask questions about any features I didn't understand or had problems with, and show me how things worked that I was confused about. For my trouble to come back in to discuss the recent purchase I was given a free gas card, worth $50. I am very satisfied with my experience. More

This will be the first leasing we have done on a Subaru Forester having owned the previous three Foresters. We bought all three at Bloomington Subaru and have used there them for all services. Joe Weil was exceptional in his care for my wife and I during all the time we needed to select and then lease the 2017 Forester. He is the Best auto dealer sales person I and my wife have ever met!
