Outstanding customer service!!! I went to the Mercedes Benz of Chesterfield today to see about purchasing a used GMC Acadia. Joe Mudd and Travis Gude worked with me. I had a set mont I went to the Mercedes Benz of Chesterfield today to see about purchasing a used GMC Acadia. Joe Mudd and Travis Gude worked with me. I had a set monthly payment i was trying to achieve and both of them went above and beyond to help get me the financing i needed to work within my budget. They were true professionals in every sense of the word. They say customer service is a dying art, but not here. I even had to come in to look at the vehicle 30 min late due to my mother being in the hospital and both Joe and Travis first thing remembered this and asked me how she was. I was really caught off guard and blown away. If you need a car this is the place to go. I will definitely be back in the future if i need a vehicle. More

First time experience with Mercedes Benz I came into the dealership not knowing what I really wanted and had been an Infiniti owner for many years but described what essentials were a must an I came into the dealership not knowing what I really wanted and had been an Infiniti owner for many years but described what essentials were a must and Dave and Travis went to work for me. Dave is extremely caring and aiming to please. I met Dan and Joe and a few others and they rolled out the red carpet and truly made this first experience a very memorable one. Travis worked on the numbers and came up with something I could live with and, walla, I became a member of the family. I would strongly recommend this dealership! I might also add dealing with an SIU-E Alum (Travis) was even more gratifying. More
