I called to inquire about a vehicle and was connected with Joel Diaz, who was apparently training another employee, Jamal. Instead of treating a serious buyer with professionalism and respect, they spent much of the conversation laughing while I was trying to negotiate a deal.
I felt mocked, disrespected, and completely dismissed as a customer. When I called out the behavior and asked for a simple apology, Joel refused and hung up on me.
Buying a vehicle is one of the largest purchases most people make, and no customer should be treated this way. If this is how they treat someone who is genuinely trying to buy a car, I can only imagine how they treat others. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere that values customers and understands basic professionalism.
