I want to give a big shout out to Hoffman Estates Infiniti. On October 12, 2024 I had telephone the mentioned Infiniti Dealership and had spoke with Steve Serofino about leasing a new Q50 Infiniti f Infiniti. On October 12, 2024 I had telephone the mentioned Infiniti Dealership and had spoke with Steve Serofino about leasing a new Q50 Infiniti for my wife. Steve was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very concerned about meeting all my vehicle needs. After speaking with him for 20 minutes, I developed a trust in him and drove to the dealership. Once there, Steve had Joe Gappa show my wife and I the car we spoke about on the phone, which was a 2024 Infiniti Q50. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and everyone welcomed us.
