Randy was extremely efficient in putting the pricing together for us. He completed the pricing within 15 minutes while we had been waiting for pricing from a competitor dealership for over 24 hours (because they wanted to verify terms of UAW contract). He fully explained all financing and add on options and even took the time to introduce us to the benefits of the GM Mastercard. Everyone we've dealt with at Stan McNabb has been totally professional and courteous. A bit of a drive for us to come from Franklin but McNabb is now our dealership of choice because of the great staff you have onboard! More

The GM Protection Plan Warranty- Platinum for my 2019 GMC Yukon is not functioning for the customer or the dealer. Even after providing policy number, point of purchase and copy of GMPP contract, it took 5 Yukon is not functioning for the customer or the dealer. Even after providing policy number, point of purchase and copy of GMPP contract, it took 5 days for Stan McNabb Chevrolet to obtain an approval for warranty work. According to the service mgr, this is not unique to SM Chevrolet or the other 50 + service managers in his region. Respectfully submitted. More

My Silverado would start and immediately shut off. I had it towed to Stan Mcnabb and they diagnosed the problem to intermittent fuse box and ignition switch. I had the truck back for a couple days an I had it towed to Stan Mcnabb and they diagnosed the problem to intermittent fuse box and ignition switch. I had the truck back for a couple days and it started doing the same thing starting and shutting off. I had it towed back to them at there cost. They found that the intermittent fuse box had caused the EMT module to fail which they replaced at their expense. More
