Joey was easy to deal with. Seemed surprised when I told him the manager said I had to come there for service to validate my warranty, unless I purchased the extended warranty. This is NOT true, and actually against the law to say that. Watch out for those managers trying to line their pockets. Also, you can buy it here, but go some place else for service. The service department stinks. More
