The GM didn't seem worried or bothered my CRV had 27,000 miles and his service department says new back tires are needed. When I try to call and talk to him hes always in a meeting. I think he is screening miles and his service department says new back tires are needed. When I try to call and talk to him hes always in a meeting. I think he is screening my calls when he hears the name. The front and back have the same tread amount and the service department says new tires due to a loud roaring. Then the wind shield had a piece come off the Honda service department installed. I was told they had a top notch service department but I havn't been impressed yet with the service department. In the time my vehicle was in the shop and the items they needed to repair I do not feel they took adequate time to evaluate my vehicle. I would like someone to explain to me how 27,000 miles requires new tires when the vehicle was bought brand new. Did they check the u-joints, bearings? I am very disappointed in this service. No I wonder since the piece was missing on my wind shield and it rained if I will have mold build up inside the vehicle. More

I would gladly give Joey Parnell and his service center five out of five stars. His professionalism and responsiveness have been outstanding. We own two Honda vehicles, and he has consistently taken great five out of five stars. His professionalism and responsiveness have been outstanding. We own two Honda vehicles, and he has consistently taken great care of us. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the store hasn’t been as strong. When I call, I’m often placed on hold for extended periods or transferred to the wrong department. Thankfully, Mr. Parnell provided me with a direct way to reach him, which has made a big difference. Because of that, I would rate the Service Department five out of five stars, but the overall store experience three out of five. More
