Mercedes Benz of Grapevine is simply the best at customer service, and Joey Porter is one of the reasons why. Joey has taken control of my account since my previous sales representative moved on, and he is d service, and Joey Porter is one of the reasons why. Joey has taken control of my account since my previous sales representative moved on, and he is doing a stellar job. He has gone above and beyond to take care of my needs on Mercedes purchases, and clearly understands the product that he sells. He is cordial, capable and competent. He always follows through and gets back to you with answers to any questions that you may have. Joey will make any purchase from Mercedes Benz of Grapevine even more pleasurable than you had hoped. I had a poor experience with the dealership as an out of state buyer, bought a preowned vehicle just out of factory warranty. Wanted to get a pre purchase inspection done on the car because I didn’t have ti state buyer, bought a preowned vehicle just out of factory warranty. Wanted to get a pre purchase inspection done on the car because I didn’t have time to go see it myself. Dealer refused stating they had gone through the vehicle. When car was delivered, delivery truck driver pointed out front bumper splitter was broken and poorly glued together. You could easily see it from further away. Dealer paid the broken part, but in my opinion having glued parts in a 80K+ vehicle is poor presentation. Next, had to reach out to dealer multiple times regarding missing title work. Nothing happens. After my credit union reached out about the same thing, dealer said they had received yesterday a question from DMV and had replied to them. Sure… Finally, car I bought had an issue with trunk lid while at the dealer and they took it to other dealership for adjustment. Opening the trunk for the first time, I noticed adjustment is so off it scraped off paint. Dealer assumes zero responsibility, although issue had been present when car was sold to me. I would not do business with them. More

I bought my fourth Mercedes from the dealership, and Joey listened to what I wanted, offered me two excellent options allowing me to pick the right GLE 53 for me. I traded in a GLE 450, and Joey was able to listened to what I wanted, offered me two excellent options allowing me to pick the right GLE 53 for me. We were shopping for our daughter’s first car. Porter was super patience with all our requests and options. One thing that stands out from the first day to the day the car was delivered, he was no Porter was super patience with all our requests and options. He took time to show her everything about the car. Even though It was missing the weather mats but he got us a brand new replacement and delivered to our car. Overall they provided great services there. Looking forward to work with Joey again if we ever need another car in the future! More

I recently purchased a car from MB Grapevine and the experience all around was excellent. Joey Porter was my salesperson and he was extremely professional and after listening to my needs, he found the experience all around was excellent. Joey Porter was my salesperson and he was extremely professional and after listening to my needs, he found the perfect car for me. But the real difference was in after sales support in context of most salespeople that typically are less responsive once a sale has been made. Joey personally overaw a small fix that needed some attention to and also helped me get a extended warranty a couple months after the car was purchased. As for MB Grapevine, the dealership is excellent on every level and the Finance team was thorough in communicating and sending me the extended warranty paperwork as I requested. These small follow-ups and attention to deal is the real difference for customers such as myself to stay loyal to a dealership. Thank you for your commitment to the customer experience, especially to you Joey! More
