We recently purchased our first brand-new car — a Toyota Corolla Hybrid — and had an outstanding experience with Joseph. Even though it’s not the most expensive vehicle on the lot, the level of service we received was exceptional. My husband is a mechanic and very detail-oriented, so we came in with technical and sometimes tricky questions. Joseph answered everything clearly and confidently — no guessing, no vague sales talk, just honest and straightforward information. We were braced for pushy sales tactics, based on our friends' dealership experiences, but instead the process was calm, patient, and completely no-xx! After past negative experiences at a nearby Toyota dealership, this was a refreshing change. Joseph is honest, approachable, and genuine — someone who clearly cares about doing the right thing. Integrity matters to us. Even though we received slightly lower offers elsewhere, we chose to return to Joseph because trust and character mean more than saving a little extra money. Bredemann overall also seems to have some experienced, and respectful staff, which says something about the management style - valuing long term customer satisfaction vs. immediate gains. We will absolutely recommend Joseph and won’t go anywhere else for future car purchases. High Marks!!! Thank you! Till the next one! More

Great team over there at Bredemann Toyota from top to bottom. Transparent and fair in pricing and will work to consider all offers. No sleazy sales tactics or add on fees that some dealerships try to do. Joey/Syed - Great associates who will try their best to advocate on your behalf. Patient and knowledgeable to help answer any questions/concerns. Very chill vibes with no pressure. Ninos - Will try his best to help close a deal. Honest and offered great advice on trade in. Jesus - Great guy. Saved me few bucks on pointing out transfer vs new plates. Understood my situation and worked to get me best rate. B. Monks - Starts with this guy. If you have some change donate to his pension fund! More

for sales man i got no complain, my purchasing experience is excellent. but for dealer management, if you could please if your customer calling after purchasing new car,someone at sales team need to learn ho is excellent. but for dealer management, if you could please if your customer calling after purchasing new car,someone at sales team need to learn how to treat them nicely. at least put someone who can talk and help customer who just purchase car at your dealer. everything else is fine.
