Purchased two vehicles from them the same day, one for myself and one for my son. I liked the selection and at first glance my experience wasn't that bad. Posted photos on google review. The van was supposedly Nissan certified, and salesman spoke highly of it. Van has an oil leak and the dealer is 3 hours from me, regardless i wouldn't trust bringing it to them for any repairs even if they offered. This is not the salesman's fault, he has no control on what happens in the service side but the second vehicle leaves me wondering. Second vehicle was listed for $27,599 online, contract sale price was raised by $1600, not taxes by the way, actual sale price, again photos uploaded on google review. I researched and found car sale page and verified vin numbers matched so it was not a mix up. Unfortunately i did not catch this when going thru the financing. When i reached out to salesman and finance guy, no one followed up to explain. I couldn't make a recommendation for this dealer based on my experience. More

On Monday December first, I went into the service department knowing that John Ayala told me that I had a Prepaid Maintenance Plan when he sold me the car. I never got any paperwork on it, Stephan department knowing that John Ayala told me that I had a Prepaid Maintenance Plan when he sold me the car. I never got any paperwork on it, Stephan tried to find it and couldn't, he talked to my son who was with me when I bought the car. He even went to the finance department. He gave me a small discount on my oil change. I went to see John and he said he didn't give away oil changes, and didn't see anything on the computer. He also talked to my son who told him the same thing that I did about what he said at the sale. On December 5th, I got an e-mail from Nissan telling me not to forget about my Nissan Security+Plus Prepaid Maintenance Plan. I sent a copy of the e-mail to John asking him If I could have a copy of the plan. He told me to contact the Service Department. I was very unhappy on Monday when no one believed me that I had the plan. John said he didn't give away free oil changes and did nothing to find out about the plan after both my son and I told him I had it at the sale. I give high marks to Stephan for his customer service and low to John for dismissing us and acting like I wanted something for free. Left the dealership saying I wished I had gone to KIA. I always was treated well there. It wasn't a great first experience going for service at Nissan of Fort Myers. Stephan tried to help, and he gets five stars. I will not rate the service center because the whole experience was extremely upsetting for me. More
