We bought our truck here about five years ago which was a good experience. Since then we have had two recalls on the truck and the dealership stated that the parts were not present every time we called to ha good experience. Since then we have had two recalls on the truck and the dealership stated that the parts were not present every time we called to have it fixed. Now the truck is not drivable due to the recalls. They are stating it’ll be 2-3 weeks before it can even be looked at. And in the meantime NO RENTAL CAR IS PROVIDED. So we are without a primary vehicle in the home for 2 or 3 weeks. This is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be using this dealership again ever. Beware the customer service is all fine and dandy to buy the car/truck but after that you can forget it. If you want a Dodge I suggest going to Kernersville or Greensboro. They give customer service through the life of the vehicle not just at the sale. More

Horrible service department! Paid $172 to look at my truck for troubleshooting a front end shake. Took a 1 1/2 days, they tell me it’s a left ball joint and a u joint. I have been an aircraft mechanic / truck for troubleshooting a front end shake. Took a 1 1/2 days, they tell me it’s a left ball joint and a u joint. I have been an aircraft mechanic / inspector for 30 years and do a lot of my auto mechanic work but had a warranty and wanted to let them do the work. They also said I had a leaking strut which was true but not covered by the warranty. So the cost was so high I decided to do the work. Just as soon as I took off the tire to the leaking strut I see a complete broken in half sway bar which caused my main problems. What a joke and waste of time. I would never ever trust this place with my truck again. I will definitely spread the word as I was ripped off $172. Absolute horrible troubleshooting More
