had an outstanding experience with the Bo Beuckman Ford Service Department and couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, but I especially want to highlight how Service Department and couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, but I especially want to highlight how helpful Jeremy Bay was. Despite an incredibly busy schedule, Jeremy went out of his way to fit me in and make sure my vehicle was taken care of without delay. His communication was clear, his attitude was positive, and he genuinely made the process stress-free. The work was completed promptly and done right the first time. It’s service like this that builds real trust—thank you, Jeremy and the Bo Beuckman Ford Service team! More

The worst repair shop I have ever used. Truck sits for days without being worked on. Team seems unable to coordinate a fix with Ford.
