She reached out the following day to ask about any questions I might have. My follow up visit with the Encore Delivery Specialist, Alex, was incredibly helpful regarding the technology in my new car. Both Madeline and Alex have made my experience at this dealership beyond 5 stars. This is my second Subaru Outback purchased at this dealership, and for 16 years I have always taken it to their service department for service.
