High stakes and high tension dealership. But by god do they know what they're doing. I bought a car and had to return it, and that is stressful for everyone. But they got through it with as little fuss and hassle as possible. And understand that I kinda feel bad tbh, I am by no means an easy customer. And yet everyone was trying their best to help. I feel like I need to buy them a beer or something. More

BEWARE CAR SALESMAN LIED I purchased a Hyundai Palisade on October 31st at Clay Cooley Hyundai. Our sales guy Daniel was very dishonest and made a promise to us that we would receive all weathe Palisade on October 31st at Clay Cooley Hyundai. Our sales guy Daniel was very dishonest and made a promise to us that we would receive all weather floor mats if we came in and purchased the car with him. After coming in on Halloween, their system went down for hours... (expect to be there all day) The story changed a little bit and Daniel shared that the all-weather floor mats were out of stock and that they would have to mail them to us with our plates. The dealership has a paper they call "I owe you" which is supposed to outline anything the dealer owes you that isn't delivered the day of purchase. When I asked why the floor mats were not on the paper, our sales guy told us that it wasn't necessary because they were "included with the car" and that he would personally make sure that they were sent via FedEx to us. Shame on me for trusting Daniel because he was lying. Over the next several weeks we followed up multiple times to see when we were going to receive the floor mats. Every time we followed up it was the same answer, that they were still out of stock but they would be mailed to us as soon as they came in. 5 months now have passed and we still have not received the floor mats. Today I spoke with the GM, Armando. He was unwilling to make the situation right. Looking back, I wish I would not have bought the car at this dealership because it is clear that they do not care about taking care of their customers and hire shady sales people that live up to the stereotype of what everyone thinks a car sales person is. We will not be coming back to Clay Cooley ever again. More

I was taken advantage of and lied to by everyone involved in the deal! My carnote is only suppose to be $580 per month. I told them that I did not want a $3,400 and $600 added service contracts. THEY ALL LIE in the deal! My carnote is only suppose to be $580 per month. I told them that I did not want a $3,400 and $600 added service contracts. THEY ALL LIED (Sales Person, Tony, and John) saying that they bank Consumer Portfolio Services mandated that I get it or the deal would not go through. I spoke to agents at Consumer Portfolio Services who told me that they DO NOT MAKE consumers get any additional service contracts. I told Tony who had NOTHING TO SAY when told about his lie. John called and promised a call back by end of business day. He has yet to call. More
