Our last visit to the dealership was nothing short of atrocious! That said, our interaction with the service department was much different this time. They valued our time and gave us several updates on atrocious! That said, our interaction with the service department was much different this time. They valued our time and gave us several updates on the vehicle. They gave us a loaner car because the repair was going to take over a week. They were honest and respectful. We hadn't planned on ever returning but rather driving two hours away to a Volvo dealer in Des Moines. That isn't the plan anymore because they earned back our trust! Thank you, Gorges, for doing the right thing and making our second experience phenomenal. More
