Experience was far too long. Spent eight hours in the dealership going over vehicles that were on an inventory list that had to be unloaded by them first. We saw the same vehicles that we liked but were told they weren’t on this said list, and also were told incentives were worse even though it was the same car. Disposition fees were improperly handled between bank and dealer without our knowledge resulting in more money out of pocket post sale. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this dealer even though we have leased/purchased our past 6 vehicles from them. Its a shame watching quality take a back seat to sales quantity… More

After initially meeting with another salesperson, we ended up working with Mike and he completely turned our experience around. From the moment we sat down with him, he made us feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very accommodating, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. John in the finance department was also great to work with and made everything quick and easy. I absolutely love my new car! Security Dodge is a family-owned business and we truly appreciated the great service. I would definitely recommend Mike and the team. More

am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership, primarily due to the conduct of the sales manager. Throughout the negotiation process, there was little flexibility on pricing, d this dealership, primarily due to the conduct of the sales manager. Throughout the negotiation process, there was little flexibility on pricing, despite several commitments that ultimately were not honored. The vehicle was presented in an unprepared and dirty condition, which was surprising given that we were moving toward finalizing a purchase. When I asked for time to carefully review and think through the numbers, the sales manager became visibly frustrated. Once I agreed to the pricing, he quickly shook my hand and abruptly left, without ensuring the remainder of the process was handled professionally. His focus often shifted to personal topics that were inappropriate and unrelated to the transaction, including showing my husband photos of himself and discussing his physique, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I even commented if he was getting this from his FansOnly page. The Finance guy even told him not to show us anything and put his phone away. While the rest of the staff we encountered were courteous, the sales manager dominated the interaction from start to finish and then disappeared before the process was complete. It was even mentioned by staff that he routinely leaves promptly at 4:15 p.m., leaving others to manage his responsibilities. Additionally, I received an IOU for a car wash despite already having complimentary monthly washes included with my vehicle purchase. I brought these concerns to both dealership management and the assigned sales representative, yet I did not receive a professional response or any apology from the sales manager. I genuinely appreciate Dodge and Ram vehicles and anticipate purchasing two additional vehicles in the coming months. However, based on this experience, returning to this particular dealership is unlikely. More
