I am actually really disappointed and pretty annoyed by my experience with this dealership. Yesterday, 3 separate online salesmen stated that the value calculator on your website was the bottom end of what my experience with this dealership. Yesterday, 3 separate online salesmen stated that the value calculator on your website was the bottom end of what I would be offered on my trade. The explained that there was a promotion going on for trading in used vehicles allowing your dealership to offer more than the calculator. With this information, I got pre-approved from my bank, requiring that I run my credit. I left work early and started the 2 hour drive from deltona to make the purchase of the 3500. It wasn't until I was 30 minutes away that I was advised that there isn't any promotion and they would not even offer what the calculator evaluated for my trade. I wasted time, gas, and ran my credit for no reason. I already submitted a review of this horrible experience on some websites because this kind of treatment is not ok. More

Kathy our salesperson was very patient with our purchase process. She was very helpful with taking us through all the features of our new Ram. She called the next day to check up on us, and of course we n process. She was very helpful with taking us through all the features of our new Ram.
