I’m happily married to my childhood sweetheart and best friend — 18 wonderful years together! We have five grown kids and six amazing grandkids: three boys (8, 4, 3) and three girls (4, 1, 8 months). The worst experience in my 50 years of buying vehicles. One lie after another starting with premium gas non sense and ending with interest rate delusions. Poor communication in all facets. First thing I had to do leaving the dealership was put air in all 4 tires. I was told I should have been using premium gas in my 2019 F150 which I purchased from Mountain View. Quote “ it’s in the book” total lie. That’s how the trade in negotiations started. I should have left then. I will never EVER EVER purchase a vehicle from Mountain View FORD - Chevy - or Nissan. Sales manager quoted me a 3.9% interest rate from Tn Valley Fed Credit Union. Finance tried to hit me with 6.4% from Wells Fargo. My credit rating is 872. What a disgrace this dealership is . Very unprofessional. Every person I dealt with pleaded for 5’s on the review yet they operate and execute like 0’s. More

John Goodwin is the biggest reason we purchased a vehicle here. He was patient and very helpful. He suggested we look at the vehicle we purchased, one that was not on our list of choices but turned out to be the perfect choice. All folks were helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Jerry in the finance department. Jerry walked us clearly through the choices to enhance our purchase without pressuring us to load up on all choices. As a result of his clear presentation, we made two choices that we would not have otherwise considered but are now completely satisfied. Our experience led us to making the Mountain View service department our go-to for all service and maintenance needs. More
