SUV still have issues. The brake job was done at 26,400 miles and not 30,200 the breaks are low. I left my car here recently for tire replacements. It took them a whole week for them to have the tires shipped to them, worked on and balanced. That is completely unacceptable. I was told that it wou It took them a whole week for them to have the tires shipped to them, worked on and balanced. That is completely unacceptable. I was told that it would take no more than 3 days to complete. Dont even get me started on the lack of communication throughout the process and the excuse that one of the tires was lost upon the shipment process. The service worker John, even told me he had to find a tire within the local area to suffice. I was told by nissan it would take a couple days not a week. I dont know if this is a problem with there location or the upper management on the east coast, but they need to get it together. I was very upset by this whole process and I had still had to pay 75 bucks for the two tires, for there labor, and wasting my time when it should of been covered by the warranty I paid for. More
