am totally shocked how this dealership even stays in business. The company that just paid $600 million better get some people in there that know what they are doing. A very good friend of mine got a job as a BMW sales associate. I contacted him because I have a friend that wanted to purchase a BMW X5. we put the car together and he gave us a price. Unfortunately, he left the dealership because management there was horrible. I contacted my friend and he told me to talk to Jeremy Mayoral who is a manager with BMW at Motorworks of Barrington. On Thursday, April 11, I reached out to Jeremy by phone. There was no answer so I sent him a text message since I had his cell phone number. I informed him on the situation and told him that my friend had built the car and she wanted to place the order. I asked him if he was familiar with the dealer and he said yes I will get back to you shortly. I had a group text going with the purchaser and Jeremy. The next day I sent the group message asking my friend if she had received anything from Jeremy and her answer was no. So I sent another message to Jeremy and here it is. I copied it from the text. Hi Jeremy, I just don’t understand Car Dealer. We are ready to order the car if you can’t do it or get us the info I’ll just take her over to Schererville BMW where I bought a ton of cars from. I was doing this because of Mike and I want to follow through with you. Once again, I did not hear back from Jeremy. So the following day, Saturday, April 20th I sent Jeremy a direct text message and here it is Hi Jeremy, I am texting you direct without Julie on the text. You’re making me look horrible. I’ve talked up the dealership. I worked the price. This girl is paying cash. She is ready to order the car and you are just blowing me off totally. I don’t understand car dealers. This is not the first time this is happened. I buy all high-end cars myself and I’ve had this situation before, I currently have 2023 Mercedes EQE AMG which I just got from Fletcher . I have an SL 550 and I have a two year old BMW M550. I am a car guy and I thought if I was gonna have a good relationship there I would move my business, if you don’t call me Monday, forget about it. This is really unacceptable and you are a manager? On April 23, I contacted the client relationship manager. In her defense, she was great and very nice to talk to. She was shocked as well about the situation and said that she would look into it. I received an email from her yesterday basically saying there’s nothing that she can do but we can help you out on future purchases. Why in the world would I even go back to this dealership on a future purchase my response to her was no thank you . In conclusion, Jeremy should be fired and corporate should come in there and restructure their management program. You guys lost the easiest sale in the world not calling potential clients back is not a way to run an operation. I hope corporate sees this and my yelp review and takes some action at the dealership level. You guys really screwed up and you will not get any of my business or friends or clients of mine in the future. A gentleman by the name of Alex called me from the corporate office and left me a voicemail. I tried calling him back three or four times left him a voicemail never called me back. We went to Schererville, BMW and work with Glenn Green who I have probably bought and sent him at least 30 deals. I would be careful about this dealership and purchasing a car from them And then, if there’s a problem, they will never get back to you. All we wanted to do was order the car we had the price from the dealership and we’re ready to go and put a deposit down. What kind of company does not call people back when they have a total slam dunk of a sale? 1 More

The purchase of the vehicle was not like no other experience in buying vehicles. My immediate impression was the warm reception into the showroom by the sales representatives who went out of their wa experience in buying vehicles. My immediate impression was the warm reception into the showroom by the sales representatives who went out of their way to get me to the appropriate person I was scheduled to meet with. I test drove the car of interest. Also, my trade-in value exceeded expectations. Finally, getting financed was the quickest turnaround I ever experienced. I would do business here again. Thanks to Seth and John, I was able to drive away in my new vehicle the same day. More

We bought our Infiniti from John Gregory in 1913 who was very helpful to us. When I brought it in for servicing on Dec. 9th, Kira Kuszynki was the person who I dropped off the car with. I was buying new t very helpful to us. When I brought it in for servicing on Dec. 9th, Kira Kuszynki was the person who I dropped off the car with. I was buying new tires, and it was very helpful to have talked to your "tire expert" a few days before, who was able to inform me of my options on which tire to buy. Then he was able to order them, so they were at your dealership when I brought my car in. Kira was very helpful and arranged for me to use one of your cars to drive home, so I did not have to wait 4 hours at your dealership. More

The salesman, John Gregory, was patient and kept in touch via phone, email, and text through out the entire process. When there was a glitch with the financing the dealer was flexible and understanding. My o via phone, email, and text through out the entire process. My only concerns that kept me from giving a better rating was the amount of time the process took and the lack of any warranty offered on my used car. One would think that a $15000 used car would have some warranty. Overall I had a good experience and I'm happy with my new, used car. More
