Brought my 2001 honda accord from TN when I moved car would not start. Payed. 110.00 for diagnostic no help there. Had to have it towed back I fixed the problem it was ECM I replaced and had a 3 I clock would not start. Payed. 110.00 for diagnostic no help there. Had to have it towed back I fixed the problem it was ECM I replaced and had a 3 I clock appt. at 430 they started they close at 5 I have 3 kids and I needed my car. They didn't they didn't have time to finish program the ECM they wanted to keep it 1 more day to finish and charge me again for service I already paid for my wife needed the car when she drove it the mileage, speedometer, the temp gauge, sunroof, cruise control didn't work it still don't work they refuse to complete the job and one of the techs told my tow driver to take it to the scrap yard!!!!! I would just like them to finish the job and I would be happy. Thanks mark john howerton please call me 304/222/8029 More

I bought a Jeep Commander from this lot and they never cleaned it as well as it has been broke down in my driveway since I bought it. I asked to speek with Mr. Howerton and they told me I will recieve a c cleaned it as well as it has been broke down in my driveway since I bought it. I asked to speek with Mr. Howerton and they told me I will recieve a call back from him, a few minutes later I recieved a call from a man that stated he was his son. He was very rude and didnt care about my issues! Later that day my friend that works at the lot next door called and asked to speek to Mr. Howerton, she spoke with him and told him his son was very rude to me and he stated he does not have a son... he also stated he had no idea of my problems!!! To this day I call and call to speek with Dan and never get a return call from him!!I I am now not able to take my newborn to doctor visits nor the grocery store... I sunk all my money into this vehicle and now I have a lemmon!! They dont care and I wouldnt recommend them to my worse enemy! More
