Quick and easy process purchasing my used Explorer, however wish they did a better service job on the vehicle. Myself and the sales man were both surprised when the vehicle did not have a spare tire. T however wish they did a better service job on the vehicle. Myself and the sales man were both surprised when the vehicle did not have a spare tire. They offered me $100 credit. I have yet to be able to find one for less than $400. I had to replace all the wipers, the cabin filter was disgusting and we think the vehicle will probably need an alignment. More
