We had a great experience with Shami. He was aware that I was coming in and had the truck I was looking at ready to go on a test drive. He was not aggressively trying to push the truck on me, but took his time in trying to make me feel comfortable with the deal, all while representing the dealership in a very positive way. I purchased the vehicle out of state. Unfortunately it was a absolute horrible experience! their insurance guy yelled at the me on the phone when I told him no for his extra insurance and then told me tha was a absolute horrible experience! their insurance guy yelled at the me on the phone when I told him no for his extra insurance and then told me that my truck would not last 100,000 mi before something major happened? Then they claimed they paid taxes I went to the DMV twice only to be rejected and told that I was lied to. Now I have a vehicle with expired tags that I bought for my construction company and they won't return phone calls or make it right! The customer service at this place is horrendous and the staff only cares about the sale once they get your money they won't bother calling back or taking care of you! there are a lot of great places to buy a GMC truck and this is one place you would avoid! More

I did a search on the GMC website and a Omar Rodrigues texted me right away. I live in Gainesville and they are in Orlando. They had the vehicle I searched for on the lot. Omar had the Sierra detailed for the next morning I arrived the next morning, Brian Levitt met me in the front lobby and introduced me to JR Munoz. JR enthusiastically took me through the vehicle and on a test drive. Then he set me up on OnStar and paired my iPhone. Then I signed the papers that John Palko had already prepared and was in and out in about an hour. Amazing! More
