All in all the overall experience was ok. On our initial visit, we were in a hurry, but wanted to get something started. I wish we would've taken more time to think about our purchase and come back when we visit, we were in a hurry, but wanted to get something started. I wish we would've taken more time to think about our purchase and come back when we could work with our original salesperson. Also, the night we made our purchase, we were rushed and were NOT well informed on several aspects. Once we agreed to purchase our vehicle, we were escorted to the Finance waiting room. We were there waiting for an hour, at least. We were at the dealership for over three hours, I thought we would've at least been offered something to drink. We had our kids with us & being there for as long as we were, we were never given the option for any acccomodations for them. I would've thought they could've gone to watch tv in the waiting area. We didn't know this area was there until we went back to wait. We have a few issues we still need taken care of with our vehicle. More

The service I got was friendly enough but after seeing the adds in the news paper and on TV I feel that I didn't get a very good deal. The truck has 535 miles on it now and it had 260 when I got it from t the adds in the news paper and on TV I feel that I didn't get a very good deal. The truck has 535 miles on it now and it had 260 when I got it from the dealer and I have had to fill it up 3 times allready.I think John was helpful in getting the truck picked up and delivered to me but I believe when my lease is up I won't be buying another one. The truck I traded in used half the fuel this one does and it had the 5.3 engine. More

Very good experience! We showed up thinking we were just going to have a look at the cars we were interested in but by the time we were finished we walked out a new car owner. Nothing about the experience going to have a look at the cars we were interested in but by the time we were finished we walked out a new car owner. Nothing about the experience was bad, qand infact they made it so comfortable we didn't mind being suprised by signing for purchase. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. More

Everything about our car purchasing experience at Classic Chevrolet Cadillac in Council Bluffs was top notch. We were purchasing a new car for my wife and we dealt with two exceptional salesmen. Primarily Chevrolet Cadillac in Council Bluffs was top notch. We were purchasing a new car for my wife and we dealt with two exceptional salesmen. Primarily John and also Richard. Both did a great job insuring that all of our needs were met and all questions were answered in a professional manner. John went above and beyond by quickly finding my wife the car of her dreams and even placed a big red ribbon on it for her as it was Christmas time. The financing department was very thorough and accomodating and made purchasing the car a breeze. We felt that we got a great deal on our new 2011 Cruze. When the time comes for service for the car I am confident that the service department we were shown will do a great job for us as well. John has even called to follow up and insure we are totally satisfied. Thanks again to John and everyone at the dealership who made our buying experience a very pleasant one. More

I gave you a 4 for the fact that we never got any information on the chevrolet loyalty $1000 incentive. When I called back the next day and questioned it they never got back to me. I had a great experience with the employees at Classic chevorlet. Kevin,John & the staff were very helpful with my wife and I. The finance department was very considerate of our situation, and went out of there way to acheive financing forus at a reasonable rate that we could afford. In closing I would highly reccomend the staff and personal at Classic Chevorlet to any of my freinds or family,they made this REALLY the enjoyable experience that bying a new vehicle should be. I had one of the best car buying experiences ever at Classic! I found the vehicle I wanted through their website(many pics and info about each vehicle), called them, and had the deal done over the phone Classic! I found the vehicle I wanted through their website(many pics and info about each vehicle), called them, and had the deal done over the phone within minutes. I had my own financing but to speed up the purchase, the Classic team matched my financing with their own. The following day I drove to Classic to pick up my new car. I entered the building and directly in front of me in their showroom was the car I was purchasing. The car was detailed and ready to go! I met with John the salesman and he went over every detail of the car. In the mean time, Charles was working on the paperwork for the financing. There were a couple items I had to fill in on the application (took only a minute to do that). Most of the paperwork was already completed the night before. I sat down with Charles and signed the paperwork (took 5 minutes). After that, John went over a couple more details with the car and I was out the door! Total time at the dealership approx. 2 hours. I would like to thank John and Charles for making my experience at Classic a fun and comical time (couple of great guys that know their stuff)! Highlights: Very very easy transaction! Very detailed when going over all the features of the car (onstar setup as well) Knowledgeable staff! Website was well done. Seeing the car I purchased in the showroom as I came in was pretty kickass! Side note: I noticed, unlike some dealers, that their stock/inventory catered to a wider range of prices (low end to high end vehicles) to satisfy any customer. Great Job, Great Place!
