So this is a rare gem in the industry, in the automotive industry you usually have to find a balance of outstanding service and to be robbed blindly whilst feeling cheated or the absolute worst service for industry you usually have to find a balance of outstanding service and to be robbed blindly whilst feeling cheated or the absolute worst service for a reasonable price , this dealership stands alone in the face of that standard its obvious they care about their employees and standard of service and you can see that bleed through the culture all the way to the customer , Raymond was such a great guy he literally never made me feel anything other than welcome and he genuinely cared about helping me and resolving my issues as fast and as convenient as possible for me the word stellar falls short to describe my experience here kudos , if i had to describe the service here i would say its worthy of recognition for the royal treatment they offer and having great reasonable prices is unbelievable comparative to industry norms More

Totally incompetent, complete nightmare of a dealership. They had my car for 4 days only to tell me there was no problem and then try to charge me a fee for doing nothing despite the door still not working. They had my car for 4 days only to tell me there was no problem and then try to charge me a fee for doing nothing despite the door still not working. Then I had to bring it back, the master tech came out and told everyone they were idiots because they were testing the door on an incline and not a level surface and clearly the motor is shot, which is what I told them when I brought the car in the first time. Incredibly frustrated I left again, (now 5 separate trips in without a fixed vehicle). I got a call saying the vehicle was done, called back to confirm it was complete, then when I showed up to pickup the vehicle they hadn’t even worked on it yet and needed to order a part that is now taking 2 weeks to get. Instead of taking ownership, they tried to cover for each other and began to create a web of lies including one of the service texhs representing himself as the General Manager and telling me he doesn’t report to anyone and has no boss. While expressing my displeasure over the experience, the service tech who wasn’t even involved in the whole ordeal stood up, walked across the room, got in my face chest to chest and was attempting to engage in a physical altercation in the service bay, despite me saying 4 times loudly I was uncomfortable and he needed to back up. I had to leave to avoid getting assaulted. Don’t go there, period. More
