Great experience with this dealership! Saw the vehicle I wanted on their website and called for information. John Timmons took care of me right away. I found my dream car at this dealership. I called about it and asked if I could come test drive it on a Saturday evening because in addition to my regular job, I also work weekends. They ag I called about it and asked if I could come test drive it on a Saturday evening because in addition to my regular job, I also work weekends. They agreed. I drove 198 miles to test drive the car. When we arrived, John, the salesman I spoke to on the phone wasn't there. We test drove it worth another sales person. It seemed to drive fairly well and according to John, and the other sales person I test drove with, it had everything I was looking for in a car. When we finished test driving the car, we were pushed through the finance department at a very quick pace. I asked them to allow down a few times as I was being asked to sign paperwork already. I had some questions and felt rushed. The finance guy started that he was trying to leave town and John would contact me next week when he got back to town. It's now been nearly a month. I've left several phone messages and emails but never got a call back. I finally got John on the phone when I called and he picked up. I have him a list of several items I needed to know about. He again stated that he would get back to me. I received cookies in the mail from him, which was nice, but what I would like is some service. They continued to tell me that the car buying process has changed and is now streamlined. What it seems to me is that the process hasn't changed at all but the dealership doesn't take responsibility for providing service any longer. More
