So, I had called Julio Lopez and he pretty much knew what was happening with my truck. And even though he was on vacation, he made himself available and put me directly in touch with John Varela. John took care of me immediately and was very helpful and informative and professional. The repairs were done quickly and i was surprised how affordable as well. John Varela did not keep me informed about the progress of my vehicle. I was told my vehicle would be done every weeks for the 6-7 weeks. I have an older vehicle and the dealership does not spend the time of my vehicle. I was told my vehicle would be done every weeks for the 6-7 weeks. I have an older vehicle and the dealership does not spend the time or care to look into fixing these vehicles because they are too focused on turnover on the newer warranty vehicles. They have never returned my truck to me in proper working form. I have always had to come back for work THEY never resolved. Very disappointed with them and people should avoid their business. More
