Corwin is the worst dealership ever and do not care about their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for hi their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for his own interests and does not care about helping customers receive the best value for their money. Sales Manager Robert treats customers very poorly with intentions of upselling the customer. Jennifer lied on the phone and in person when taking care of me. Master Tech Jeff was incompetent and did not know how to diagnose my vehicle and returned it in unsafe condition. Corwin's technicians lied about changing parts, and damaged the vehicle during repairs. After returning for the same problem 4 times, we were confident that Corwin's technicians did not have the level of expertise to maintain the car. The car was at the service department for 5 weeks out of the 6 months we owned it, and nothing was ever fixed. I asked for an appraisal, when the car was in the service department for 2 weeks, and it was not done. We always experienced huge hassles getting things done at Corwin and there were problems each and every time. Because of Corwin's horrible employee culture, lack of internal communication, multiple mistakes, and empty promises, we sold our brand new 2025 Honda 6 months after buying. If you buy a Honda, look elsewhere. Poor Management, poor service, and poor technicians. So happy to not ever have to deal with them again. More

On June 14, 2025, I leased a vehicle from Corwin Honda to avoid putting miles on my personal car during a temporary long commute to school. John Walker was the sales manager that assisted in my lease purch avoid putting miles on my personal car during a temporary long commute to school. John Walker was the sales manager that assisted in my lease purchase, and Dylan Philips was finance guy. Very quickly into my lease I began to doubt my purchase because I realized I would quickly exceed the allotted annual mileage which would accumulate massive charges at the end of the lease term. I did not initially think there was an option to get out of the lease. However, less than two weeks in, I was told my power of attorney, used because my husband is deployed, was denied. Honda requested a new POA, but I couldn’t get one since my husband was unreachable. They said they’d have to take the vehicle back if I couldn't get them a new POA within a timely manner. At that point, I expressed doubt about keeping the lease anyways due to mileage concerns and I was happy to let them have the car back since the purchase couldn't be complete without the proper POA, and suddenly, their phone calls that were almost daily requesting information about the POA, now suddenly stopped. I left voicemails, no one called me back in a timely manner. When I did reach someone, they’d say they’d follow up, but never did. As a full-time dental hygiene student, I don't have the time to chase them daily and I just assumed they would get back to me eventually. However, I realized I never received a copy of my contract which I then requested and that's when I learned about a $50/day or $0.50/mile early termination fee. Then I understood why they were stalling... Dylan admitted, “It’ll cost you over $2,000 to cancel now. You might as well stay in the lease.” Which led me to believe that they were tracking the days and fees that I was accumulating and they were very intentionally letting this process carry on so that hopefully the fees would reach such an amount that maybe I wouldn't be able to afford to get out of the lease. I decided to stop calling and instead go to the dealership in person, and magically things got resolved immediately. They quickly assessed the vehicle and took the keys and that was that, but at this point I was charged almost $2,500. I asked if it was negotiable, they refused, even though the contract says the fee is negotiable. And given that the majority of those fees were accumulated due to them very intentionally procrastinating this process, I feel that these fees should have been flexible and negotiated. John was the one who was controlling this decision. Their inconsistency and refusal to assist me in a timely manner felt intentional and I believe I was overcharged purposefully as well as unfairly treated and lied to. The fact that I didn't even have a copy of my own contract, and the purchase was not finalized because of the POA should have waived some of my responsibility in this as well since I did not have access to get the proper POA to complete the purchase. John then had the audacity to tell me that the almost $2,500 fee could be waved if I were to instead purchase the car... Yeah, no thank you, I never plan to do business with you snake pit of a dealership ever again. But here's a negative review for you to cry over since you guys like to present yourselves as a great and helpful dealership as clearly your appearance is all that matters to you and not actually taking care of your customers. What ended up being an almost $2.500 charge could have easily been a couple hundred dollar charge and they 100% know that. This was purposeful and intentional. More

Corwin went above and beyond to quickly secure a car in the color I wanted. Miguel and Shawn did a great job exposing the vehicle. The deal went relatively quickly, as I was well prepared coming in.
