Jesse, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was seeking information about a new BMW X3 30i. He didn't pressure me in any way. And, he helped me get a very good deal. Darian, the tech "Genius", walked me through everything on the car. He's a very good teacher of technology. John, in the Finance Department, made the paperwork aspect of buying a car less daunting. He was very organized and explained the documents in an easily understandable fashion. The friendliness of everyone and their no-pressure personalities made car buying a non-stressful experience. Nicest, most professional, car dealer I have ever had. James was very personable and just amazing. Definitely an asset to your business. I immediatwly asked for a bottom dollar to walk out with my choi James was very personable and just amazing. Definitely an asset to your business. I immediatwly asked for a bottom dollar to walk out with my choice and an estimate of financing options. James' initial price was "Exactly" as advertized, and the payments were within $6.00 of the final deal. He was attentive, but not pushy and bent over backwards to satisfy my requests. Down side was that we were there for 4.5 hours because you only had one financial person to deal with all three dealerships. But you made our stay very comfortable and "non stressful". Had been to another dealership the day before and the experience was horendous and I was not looking forward to another day of lies and stress. I commend your dealership and staff, especially James, for your professionalism, honesty, and willingness to work with me. More
