Very pleased with the lease of our 2020 Outback Touring XT. The service provided by Manny and Lynn was terrific. They both responded to all our needs. Manny and Lynn also guided us through learning about our new Outback. Without their assistance we would have had a difficult time working and using the features and basic items in the vehicle. Thanks so much for their help. They are both an asset to Haldeman Subaru. In addition Ken has been terrific answering and dealing with items specific to management etc. He will and is a definite asset to the Haldeman Auto group. PS Al was also a big help. Very disappointed with Brandon from Subaru who really leaves the teaching and workings of new vehicles up to the sales personnel unless you are able to wait a month to learn how to use your new vehicle. We are up to this point most pleased with our service from Haldeman Subaru. Looking forward to a continued positive and happy experience with all departments at Halderman Subaru. Jonathan and Michael worked with me to find the right down payment and monthly payment for the Crosstrek I wanted. I LOVE my car. As a side note, they have a gentleman who will go over all of the bells and whistles with you before you drive off the lot. My grandma has had her Crosstrek for over a year and never knew some of the features even existed. It was neat to be help her use her car to it’s full potential. More
