May be worst new car service department ever experienced After two prior attempts to obtain warranty service and finding they lost my in-person appointment when I arrived for service..., Twice, they said the After two prior attempts to obtain warranty service and finding they lost my in-person appointment when I arrived for service..., Twice, they said they would order a defective part and call - never happened. I tried again, this time using the online scheduler. the next day I received a call saying their online scheduler may have confirmed an appointment, but it would be an additional 3 weeks before they could look at my new Laramie. For one of the three requested items, they said that they would not even look at without me personally obtaining permission from their sales department. I was promised 6 free oil changes when I purchased this $61,000 vehicle, but experience has been so miserable, it is simpler to pay $100 per oil change elsewhere. Based on my experience buying cars and having them serviced for nearly 50 years; this "service" department is so bad, using the word service is laughable. They make it clear, after your purchase - You need to get your vehicle's warranty service at any other dealer. More

But, there was none of that negative experience when I bought my 2018 FIAT 124 Spider Abarth at Northpoint Chrysler Jeep. It was a surprisingly easy and pleasing experience. Johnny Simmons was our sales person. He was polite and accommodating. He kept my wife and sister in law company while we took turns test driving the car. This was no easy task. My wife was not in a good mood and she hates buying cars. But she was also impressed with Johnny. I emailed Johnny after our visit and asked for price quotes on a couple Spider models. He replied that it was his day off but had Justin Michael follow up with me. After exchanging a few emails with Justin I got a quote and agreed to buy the Abarth. No pressure. No insisting on having my phone number. No Insisting I come in to the dealership. Called Johnny. Filled out the online pre-qualifier. Came in to the dealership. Gwathney Leak had my car loan already approved. Walked me through the paperwork; signed the docs and I was on my way. More
