Been a customer since day 1 when Rapids opened. Bought my 2019 Honda Odyssey from them with added features and have no regrets. This was the worst buying experience I have ever had. Like other people I was quoted a price with tax, license and document fees. There were also extra accessories that I could add if I would like. I sent an e-mail back stating that I was not interested in any of the accessories and came up with a total of $42,535.31. When I arrived to pay for the vehicle I was told about the extra paint and glass protection that I didn't have a choice on. I refused the extras and told them that I didn't want them. After arguing for about 45 minutes I was wore down and settled for $305.00 more that I was quoted. I will never purchase from this dealer again and would not recommend Rapids Honda to anyone. Horrible experience. My salesman was good but the sales manger was the worst. Unethical and should be illegal. More
