Great initial FaceTime video and an agreed sale price. Unannounced change in sale price, without explanation, suggesting that I call the Texas DMV. Adam from Hill Kelly never followed up on the DMV issue. Unannounced change in sale price, without explanation, suggesting that I call the Texas DMV. Adam from Hill Kelly never followed up on the DMV issue. The sales manager, Jon, neglected to address the issues and only commented of what a great deal I was receiving from them (never disputed). They informed me they weren’t interested in making a deal, subsequently ignored all my messages for three days, and sold the car to someone else. More
