Very pleasant experience! We drove up just to look and met Jon in the parking lot. No pressure no haggling. It was later evening in the middle of a storm but he and the finance manager stayed with us until every T was crossed and I dotted. Friendly staff. However, we waited over 5 hours once we decided to purchase a vehicle for them to do all the necessary paperwork. We got there around 1:30 and didn’t However, we waited over 5 hours once we decided to purchase a vehicle for them to do all the necessary paperwork. We got there around 1:30 and didn’t leave until around 7:00. A few weeks after the sale I learned that the title was still “pending”. I reached out to my sales person to inquire if the title paperwork had been mailed yet. I waited 4 or 5 days before getting a reply that simply said “in the mail”. There was no greeting, no thank you for inquiring, not even a signature at the end of the email. I’m disappointed in the efficiency of operations and the impression that they had no respect for my time, both while sitting in the dealership waiting for paperwork or for a simple response to an email inquiry. More
