The service department was Excellent. Dan took the time to explain everything about my tire and why it was recommended to buy a new tire rather than plug. It made total sense to me. As for the sales of my vehicle, I'm still very disappointed. In brief, back in June I purchased a new 2025 Rogue SV premium with no money down and 0% financing. It wasn't until I started reading the manual that my vehicle didn't have the options that I wanted. It was never explained to me that the platinum was the vehicle that had the options. They had no 2025 Rogue platinums so I bought a 2026 trading in my 2025. I ended up paying a down payment of around $7500 and also lost the 0% financing. I'm now paying my loan with 4.9% interest. I reached out to the sales person but he is no longer there along with the sales manager. Going forward I will look at other Nissan dealers for my future new car purchases. This was a bed experience. I'm only giving the service department 5 stars. Overall sales department, 1 star. More

My 2022 Rogue was due for Oil change and tire rotation. Tracy Albertson has always been so attentive and helpful. I know that when I visit Kelly Nissan I am getting quality service. I live in Delaware but Tracy Albertson has always been so attentive and helpful. I know that when I visit Kelly Nissan I am getting quality service. I live in Delaware but visit NJ/PA area every 6 weeks, I see no reason to switch dealers since I have a strong relationship with Kelly! More

Worst experience I've ever had in nearly 50 years of driving. How do you supposedly change the brake fluid and about 4 miles from the dealership the brakes don't work. There was also a front end alignme driving. How do you supposedly change the brake fluid and about 4 miles from the dealership the brakes don't work. There was also a front end alignment done????? After starting and stopping the car 5 lights plus a warning message came on. I was told that was because of a faulty alignment. All they said war the front of my car must have gotten hit after I left the dealership but they couldn't find a faulty sensor. Lastly, I asked that the clock be taken off military time. It was but it is set 2 hours and 20 minutes ahead of time i checked the manual under clock. It says to refer to page 2-49.Page 2-49 refers you to page 2-27. Page 2-27 refers you to separate Nissan Connect Owners Manual . I never received a separate Nissan Connect Owners Manual. I took the car back the same day and received no information for 3 hours until someone came and told me the car was done. As I said worst service ever. Michael Schwar More

Mr. Miller has made everything right. Mr Creig not sure of his last name and the young Man that sold me the car his name is hard to pronounce I call him T.
