While I absolutely love my new Kia, the buying process was extremely agonizing. Despite knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted, I spent over six hours at this dealership waiting. Everyone I spoke with was was extremely agonizing. Despite knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted, I spent over six hours at this dealership waiting. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, but overall, Oakes Kia would greatly benefit from improved organization and more strategic leadership. Jonah was great, but to me, he felt overworked, balancing too much at one time and not able to fully focus on one customer at a time. I'm thankful that I won't be purchasing a new car again anytime soon, as this Kia shopping experience made for a long day and a tiring process. More
