I did not know too much ab When I first arrived at Walser I was expecting the typical car dealership high pressure sales atmosphere. Boy was I wrong! I did not know too much about BMW's to start with so I asked many questions. Not only was he patient but he was very knowledgeable on the product he sold. I was impressed from the get go. We test drove a couple cars and I ended up buying a different car than I originally went there for due to him explaining the plus and minuses of each vehicle. I was so pleased with the visit and sale that I would definitely go back to see him for the next vehicle. My new vehicle was not home delivered but close to it. Let me explain.. The previous week my car decided that it was time to retire (of course in sub-zero temps) so I was left with no other decision but to rent a car. On the day he sold me the car I explained the situation to him saying I needed to return the car somehow. He offered to follow me out to the airport and drive back to the dealer to finish up paperwork for the delivery of my new car. Little did I know he was going to use his personal vehicle to drive across town just to help me out. I just cant even begin to say how thankful I was. After a week of vehicle troubles and stress, Jonathan's good gesture will never be forgotten. Thank you so much, Jonathan! I love my new car!! More
