My service experience was excellent. They kept me up to date on the progress of the service on my car, kept me up to date on expected costs and reasoning behind their recommendations. They provided a video recap of the inspection and was very clear regarding their findings and recommendations. I felt like I was treated like family. John was nice but not all my problems were solved. I still have multiple issues with the car and was told you could not fix them.
